How To Make Hard Enamel Pins
Custom hard enamel pins are made to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. First, we use your design to create a unique die and die stamp the pattern to a piece of metal plate.The recessed areas are then filled with hard enamel paint. After few firing and polishing, the colors sit level with the raised metal holding lines and the finished products are smooth and flat.
The Making of Hard Enamel Pins
President Sheu started his manufacturing business since 1984; the cloisonné emblem was the first item he manufactured. Gradually, cloisonné emblems have been replaced by either economical or faster delivery items such as imitation hard enamel, soft enamel, photo etched and printed products. Techniques of manufacturing cloisonné have been forgotten or given up by most manufacturers due to lack of demands, the complex procedures, tim-consuming methods and demanding manpower for production, but we never did.
