How Our Custom Flocked Patches Are Made
Our flocked patches are created using a high-voltage electrostatic process, where fine fibers (flock) in different colors are sprayed in pattern through nozzles and adhered to a base fabric using heat and adhesive. This technique results in a smooth, soft-touch finish with a luxurious look and feel. The material is then laser-cut according to the patch outline. After laser cutting, the excess material is removed. We ensure the highest quality by using precision cutting and expert craftsmanship to bring your designs to life.
