How Jin Sheu Uses Recycled or Recyclable Metal?

Here are the two sources of metals that Jin Sheu offers: 1. Zinc alloy - Zinc alloy is a popular and versatile material that can be molded into a variety of shapes and sizes. Molten zinc alloy liquid is injected into casting molds through channels and creates a considerable amount of scrap metals during production. Therefore, zinc alloy is a commonly used metal for recycled lapel pins. When the scrap is collected and ready for reuse, it is melted down to molten liquid to be ready for the die-casting process again. And that completes a sustainability cycle. Consequently, the demand for pure metals is down as well as the waste produced. It helps to reduce the environmental impact, making recycled zinc alloy a more eco-friendly option. 2. Brass - To recycle copper lapel pins, they first need to be shredded and melted and the unwanted impurities are removed during the process. The recycled copper that our factory receives is in copper granulates or blocks and they cannot be put to use until further processed into copper sheets. We also have to make sure that the recycled copper material is compatible with our stamping machines, and electro-plating solution, and suitable for the enamels we use. Nonetheless, we have overcome the obstacles and ensured the recycled products meet the standards and help to reduce the environmental impact and make them an eco-friendly option.
